Valkyrie activity trips are based at a camp site near Coniston in the centre of the Lake District National park. Each day your team leaders will lead you through new challenges which can range from brisk mountain walks, abseiling down vertical rock faces and canoeing through turbulent waters.

Home to Scafell Pike – the largest mountain in England at 3,209ft – the Lake District is a favourite with outdoor enthusiasts. This awe-inspiring landscape is surrounded by rugged mountains and shimmering lakes.

At the end of each day, you return to the comfort of your cosy  camp accommodation to unwind and get ready for the next day of action-packed events. All technical equipment, harnesses and shoes will be provided, along with full safety briefings and medical cover. You don’t need previous experience, so don’t worry if you’re a complete novice – the whole point is to enjoy new experiences and learn new skills.
